From family and food health, to insects and invasive species, the office helps locals gain expertise on University of Alaska and worldwide research. It&rsquo;s a rich source of free publications on gardening, health, home and family development and natural resources.<\/p>\n<p>The office will reopen on Nov. 1 in its new location at 712 W. 12th Street, Suite 1, near the intersection with Glacier Avenue.<\/p>\n<p><ins>[<a href=\"https:\/\/www.juneauempire.com\/news\/online-farmers-market-keeps-going-through-winter\/\" target=\"_blank\">Online farmers market keeps going through winter<\/a>]<\/ins><\/p>\n<p>Juneau agent Sarah Lewis said the new office will also host trick-or-treaters from 3-7 p.m. on Halloween.<\/p>\n<p>Lewis said the new location will have better parking and more space for Extension programming.
