{"id":41379,"date":"2019-01-14T15:24:00","date_gmt":"2019-01-15T00:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.juneauempire.com\/home\/southeast-man-arrested-with-meth-at-ketchikan-airport\/"},"modified":"2019-01-14T15:24:00","modified_gmt":"2019-01-15T00:24:00","slug":"southeast-man-arrested-with-meth-at-ketchikan-airport","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.juneauempire.com\/home\/southeast-man-arrested-with-meth-at-ketchikan-airport\/","title":{"rendered":"Southeast man arrested with meth at Ketchikan airport"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>KETCHIKAN<\/strong> &mdash; A rural Southeast Alaska man suspected of carrying methamphetamine was arrested at the Ketchikan airport.<\/p>\n<p>Alaska State Troopers said 50-year-old Stanley Lynch of Hollis was carrying 159 grams of meth when he was arrested at about 5 p.m. Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Hollis is a village on the east side of Prince of Wales Island.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers said the street value in Ketchikan of the seized methamphetamine is about $50,000.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers contacted Lynch with the assistance of a drug dog.
