In addition to trail running, campers also spend time learning about topics such as yoga, sports nutrition and core strengthening.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Our camp is geared toward runners of all abilities,&rdquo; Merry Ellefson, one of the camp instructors, said in a release. &ldquo;Whether you are entering your first season of high school cross country, or a varsity runner looking to get to the next level, our camp serves all experience levels. Our goal is to ensure that each camper receives the personal attention needed to develop as a runner. All we ask is that each attendee arrive with a commitment to running.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Camp fee is $350 and includes all in-camp transportation, lodging, food, a shirt and other gear.
