Taylor-Roth, of Juneau, was recently named to the dean&rsquo;s list at Colby College in Waterville, Maine for outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2018-19 academic year. Taylor-Roth is one of 538 Colby students &mdash; or 26 percent of the qualified student body &mdash; to qualify for the dean&rsquo;s list last semester.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor-Roth, a member of the Class of 2019, attended Juneau-Douglas High School. Taylor-Roth earned a semester grade point average of 3.77 or higher last fall to be included on Colby&rsquo;s dean&rsquo;s list. She majored in mathematics, and women&rsquo;s, gender and sexuality studies.<\/p>\n<p>&#8226; Nathan Klein has been named to the 2018 fall semester dean&rsquo;s list at Lewis &#038; Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Nathan is a 2015 Juneau-Douglas High School graduate. He is in his senior year at the college, majoring in biochemistry and molecular biology, and also playing on the college&rsquo;s baseball team. The college requires a student to carry at least 12 semester credits and earn a GPA of 3.70 or higher to make the Dean&rsquo;s List.
