Ordering coffee at a gin distillery? They’ll make it happen at Amalga Distillery for an international food celebrity.<\/p>\n

Gordon Ramsay was spotted sipping water and coffee at the downtown bar. He got into town around midnight Sunday night, he said.<\/p>\n

“We’re shooting a TV show,” Ramsay said in an interview with the Empire Monday. “We’re having an amazing time.”<\/p>\n

Tami Wahto, an Amalga Distillery bartender, said he asked for a coffee but they don’t serve it. So she ran across the street to get him one from coffee shop across the street.<\/p>\n

He said he spent all day Monday out on the Mendenhall Glacier.<\/p>\n

Justin Mandel, the head of digital and short form content for Studio Ramsay, said they weren’t allowed to reveal anymore details about the show they were filming until the end of the week when they leave.<\/p>\n

“(Justin) is slightly frustrated because he started swiping on Tinder, and there’s only one person here, so we left him behind today hoping that he’d connect and they didn’t connect,” Ramsay said. “That’s been the highlight of our day today.”<\/p>\n
