KENAI — A new publisher is leading both the Homer News and the Peninsula Clarion in Kenai.<\/p>\n
Sound Publishing Inc., which owns both newspapers, appointed Jeff Hayden as publisher. He started his post Monday.<\/p>\n
Terry Ward, regional publisher and Sound Publishing vice president, says he’s pleased to put the newspapers in Hayden’s capable hands. He says Hayden “has a deep-rooted desire to help local businesses with their marketing and a passion for community journalism.”<\/p>\n
