A school employee notified the boy\u2019s mother at 9:10 a.m. that he was absent and the family began their search.<\/p>\n<p>Two hours after JPD\u2019s Facebook post, JPD received a tip that a boy was seen in a neighborhood playground, and an officer searching the area on foot was able to locate the boy under the playground equipment.<\/p>\n<p>The boy has since been reunited with his family.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Police officers reunited a missing child with his family after what appears to have been a two-hour search in the Mendenhall Valley.
