9:05 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t Rep. Geran Tarr, D-Anchorage, has been tweeting about constituent emails quite a bit lately. She says an overwhelming amount have been critical of the governor’s budget.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t It\u2019s taking me to 9 pm to get through the email from each day, but if an Alaskan took the time to write to me I\u2019m going to read it!
