Owner P.J. Gialopsos\u2019 daughter answered the phone, and assured the customer the driver wasn\u2019t impaired and was instead autistic and has a speech impediment.<\/p>\n<p>Gialopsos told the Alaska Dispatch News that it wasn\u2019t the first time there have been complaints. But once employees explain the driver has a disability, customers usually understand.<\/p>\n<p>The driver returned to the restaurant upset after the encounter. It was at that point Gialopsos decided to terminate the relationship \u2014 with the customer.
