The Juneau-Douglas girls soccer team is having its way against Homer, having raced out to a 7-0 lead at halftime. The Crimson Bears’ Michaela Bentley, Malia Miller and Eva Goering all scored in the first three minutes of the game.<\/p>\n

I just headed across the Mendenhall Valley to check out a much closer game going on between the Thunder Mountain and Ketchikan boys soccer teams. Ketchikan scored the last goal but Thunder Mountain had the first two of the game. Wallace Talon Briggs got the first and Wallace Adams scored the second. There’s just under 10 minutes to play.<\/p>\n
