Clements, 47, faces a class C felony \u2014 fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance \u2014 for allegedly possessing the drug on Dec. 1, according to a copy of the indictment.<\/p>\n<p>The charge is punishable by up to five years in prison and a $50,000 fine.<\/p>\n<p>Clements is also facing charges for an alleged criminal trespass that took place Feb. 3, according to online court records. He previously pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor theft on Sept. 29.<\/p>\n<p>Clements\u2019 next scheduled court date is March 17 before Judge Louis Menendez.<\/p>\n<p>Indictments are only accusations of illegal activity and are not evidence or proof of guilt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Juneau grand jury indicted a Juneau man Friday for possessing heroin.
