The call came in a little after 3 p.m., and responders arrived shortly afterward. Multiple emergency vehicles were in the outgoing lane of Egan Drive as personnel went under the bridge and pulled the person &mdash; who appeared to be a woman &mdash; up to a waiting ambulance.<\/p>\n<p>Those on scene referred questions to Quinto, who was not on scene.
