White China is being blamed in part for <a href=\"http:\/\/juneauempire.com\/local\/2015-11-17\/one-weekend-5-drug-overdoses-juneau\" target=\"_blank\">an increase in heroin overdoses<\/a> that started around Nov. 13.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information is encouraged to report their tip to the Juneau Crime Line at juneaucrimeline.com or to police at 586-0600.<\/p>\n<p>Juneau Crime Line is a nonprofit organization designed to aid police during investigations.
