Joca and Commander Nathan L. Rumsey.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony, held at the Juneau Arts and Culture Center, was for the Juneau Civil Engineering Unit.<\/p>\n<p>Outgoing Commander Joca assumed command of the unit in May 2016 and will become the Director of Operational Logistics in Norfolk, Virginia.
