Knapp, a 25-year-old Juneau resident, police said in a release.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We made tentative identification by his tattoos,&rdquo; Juneau Police Department spokeswoman Erann Kalwara said. &ldquo;The medical examiner was notified of the potential name and was able to positively identify him.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The police did not provide any more information about circumstances surrounding his death. Kalwara said JPD has not received the autopsy report yet.<\/p>\n<p>JPD on July 3 responded to a call on Atlin Drive about a person floating in a pond.
