Update: The Juneau Police Department said in a release Wednesday morning that Curtis-Collins came to JPD for an interview and was released. The request for assistance in locating Curtis-Collins has been cancelled, and the investigation continues.<\/em><\/p>\n The Juneau Police Department is seeking a person of interest in an early-morning assault near a residence in the Lemon Creek area.<\/p>\n According to a JPD press release Tuesday, a caller reported at 12:40 a.m. Tuesday that a man was assaulting another person near a residence on the 1800 block of Northwood Drive.<\/p>\n JPD officers arrived on the scene in four minutes, but the man in question was gone by the time they arrived. An investigation revealed<\/a> that a 21-year-old man punched a 24-year-old male in the head, then damaged a vehicle belonging to a 22-year-old male. The 21-year-old then fired a shot into the ground from a handgun and fled.<\/p>\n
