The request for assistance in locating Curtis-Collins has been cancelled, and the investigation continues.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Juneau Police Department is seeking a person of interest in an early-morning assault near a residence in the Lemon Creek area.<\/p>\n<p>According to a JPD press release Tuesday, a caller reported at 12:40 a.m. Tuesday that a man was assaulting another person near a residence on the 1800 block of Northwood Drive.<\/p>\n<p>JPD officers arrived on the scene in four minutes, but the man in question was gone by the time they arrived. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.juneaupolice.com\/PSA-template.php?UID=1901\" target=\"_blank\">An investigation revealed<\/a> that a 21-year-old man punched a 24-year-old male in the head, then damaged a vehicle belonging to a 22-year-old male. The 21-year-old then fired a shot into the ground from a handgun and fled.<\/p>\n<p>Wilson &ldquo;Will&rdquo; Woodrow Curtis-Collins has been identified as a person of interest in the case, described as a 21-year-old white male approximately 5-foot-6 with a thin build and brown hair. JPD posted a picture of Curtis-Collins to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/1487310934854544\/photos\/pcb.1906599212925712\/1906598709592429\/?type=3&#038;theater\" target=\"_blank\">its Facebook page<\/a>, and Curtis-Collins himself commented on the posting, writing &ldquo;What up&rdquo; in the comment section.<\/p>\n<p>The public is advised not to contact Curtis-Collins directly, but to notify JPD immediately if he is spotted.
