A Juneau man was arrested Thursday night after allegedly stabbing two men.<\/p>\n
Jay McCrumb, 47, was arrested on charges of first-degree robbery, two counts of third-degree assault and two counts of fourth-degree assault, in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive, according to a press release from Juneau Police Department.<\/p>\n
McCrumb was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and is being held without bail, according to the press release.<\/p>\n
An argument over a bottle of vodka led to a suspect attacking two other individuals with a knife, injuring both men in their arms, according to JPD. Alcohol appeared to be a factor.<\/p>\n
One of the injured men called emergency services, reporting that he and the other man had been stabbed, according to the press release. JPD and Capital City Fire\/Rescue responded. Both injured men were treated at the scene for superficial wounds but did not require hospitalization, said Lt. Krag Campbell.<\/p>\n
JPD did not release of the names of the men who were stabbed. JPD officers arrested McCrumb, according to JPD, after finding him in the apartment with a large knife on his person.<\/p>\n
McCrumb has been charged with misdemeanors a number of times in the past, according to public records.<\/p>\n
