Another man survived.<\/p>\n<p>Doug Larson, 50, died after spending roughly two hours in the water, said the Alaska State Troopers, according to The Associated Press. <\/p>\n<p>Charles King, 40, survived the cold water, and was rescued by a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter, the AP reported.<\/p>\n<p>Winds gusting up to 45 mph may have contributed to flipping their 12-foot skiff. The two men were attempting to assist another boat that was stuck 12 miles west of Petersburg, according to the AP.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>\u2022 Contact reporter Michael S.
