Bellevue College women’s soccer player Malia Miller went on a four-game point streak Sept. 28-Oct. 12, bringing her season point total up to 13.<\/p>\n
The former Juneau-Douglas High School: Yadaat.at Kalé standout had one goal and six assists in those contests, two against Centralia and two against Green River. Bellevue defeated Green River 6-0 and 4-0, and Centralia 8-0 and 3-1. As of Thursday, Bellevue (8-1-0) has four games left on the season, with contests slated against Highline, Tacoma, Grays Harbor and Lower Columbia.<\/p>\n
Miller led JDHS to back-to-back state titles as a junior and senior, when she shattered several program and state statistical records. The forward punctuated her prep career with a 43-goal season, bringing her high school total to 105, the most for any Alaska girls soccer player.
