Young kicked in an apartment door in Coho Park around 5:36 p.m.Wednesday while the three occupants attempted to keep it shut, said witnesses. Young was able to fire a flare gun into the space in the door, striking the hand of a 61-year-old man who was attempting to keep the door shut, Campbell said in the press release. Young then fired a second flare into the apartment, before shooting out the window next to the door with the rifle. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t
