The sophomore class came through again for the Juneau-Douglas High School: Yadaat.at Kalé hockey team on Saturday at Treadwell Arena.<\/p>\n

One night after Fin Shibler scored three goals<\/a> against the Monroe Catholic Rams, Sam Bovitz and Cody Roomsburg combined for six goals (three apiece) in a 12-0 thumping of the visiting Fairbanks school. JDHS is now 2-0 on the season.<\/p>\n

The Crimson Bears exploded with seven goals in the second period. Bovitz scored back-to-back goals within a span of 1:30 midway through the frame after Evan Fabrello, Josh Frisby and Roomsburg pushed the lead to 7-0 with 9:32 left in the period.<\/p>\n

Andre Peirovi and Cameron Young also contributed goals while Frisby, Bovitz, Fabrello, Roomsburg, Andre Peirovi, Anna Dale, Tevin Dick, Reed Loree, Carl Doutt, Ethan Welch and Brandon Campbell added assists.<\/p>\n

JDHS welcomes to town Colony High School next weekend with games scheduled for 7:45 p.m. Friday and Saturday night at Treadwell Arena.<\/p>\n
