Krag Campbell said in a release that witnesses saw the man walking near the road, when he stumbled unexpectedly into the road. A 31-year-old woman driving a Dodge van struck the man.<\/p>\n<p>JPD did not release the names of either person.<\/p>\n<p>Initial assessment showed that the man had been struck in the hip and ribs, according to JPD.
