He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center, and has since been released on bail.<\/p>\n<p>Possessing a firearm while impaired by drugs or alcohol can lead to a charge of misconduct involving weapons in the fourth degree<a href=\"http:\/\/www.touchngo.com\/lglcntr\/akstats\/Statutes\/Title11\/Chapter61\/Section210.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> under state statute<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Bartlett separated from the Juneau Police Department shortly after the previous arrest, said Lt. Krag Campbell of the JPD in a phone interview.<\/p>\n<p>Bartlett&rsquo;s trial for his initial DUI is scheduled for June, though that date may change as disease control measures alter court schedules.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8226; Contact reporter Michael S.
