Anyone listed in this report is presumed innocent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assault<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 10:18 p.m. Monday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of assault in the 4500 block of Kanata Street. Betsy Davey, 30, was later arrested for second-degree assault and taken to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center without bail. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fire and medical<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 On Monday, Capital City Fire\/Rescue responded to 10 EMS calls and three transport calls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shoplifting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 2:18 p.m. Monday, JPD officers arrested 21-year-old Kelsey Stark in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway for allegedly shoplifting.
