Mike Dunleavy&rsquo;s plan to reopen Alaska during its regular Assembly Meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, according to a release from CBJ.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, the Assembly encourages Juneau businesses and organizations listed in <a href=\"https:\/\/gov.alaska.gov\/newsroom\/2020\/04\/22\/governor-issues-covid-19-health-mandate-16\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">State Health Mandate 16 <\/a>to wait for the outcome of Monday night&rsquo;s meeting before committing to reopening.<\/p>\n<p>The Assembly also encourages the public to weigh in on State Health Mandate 16 by emailing comments to BoroughAssembly@juneau.org.
