Juneau police arrested two men in connection with a stabbing of a third man on Saturday morning, according to a JPD spokesperson.<\/p>\n
JPD received a call at 7:34 a.m. Saturday after the caller saw a man bleeding and unresponsive on the 6500 block of Glacier Highway, said Lt. Krag Campbell in a press release. Police located the 44-year-old man, who had been beaten badly and stabbed several times, Campbell said.<\/p>\n
Police also found 41-year-old Peter Kozeroff and 42-year-old Gregory Kozeroff, as well as a 21-year-old woman, who police did not identify, in the residence. The three men had been drinking at the residence before an argument broke out, allegedly resulting in a fight, in which the victim was beaten and stabbed, Campbell said.<\/p>\n
The man was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital, where he’s in stable condition, Campbell said. The victim has two fractured eye sockets, three stab wounds to the back, a punctured lung and multiple suspected fractured ribs.<\/p>\n
Peter Kozeroff was arrested for first-degree assault, a Class A felony, which can result in a sentence of up to 20 years in prison, according to JPD. Gregory Kozeroff was arrested for second-degree assault, a Class B felony, which can result in up to 10 years in prison.<\/p>\n
Both were taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held without bail, Campbell said. <\/p>\n
