Training is provided to all hotline staff. The call center is open seven days a week. Full-time shifts are preferred and available; limited part-time shifts may be available, too. Candidates should be detail-oriented and dependable, the city said. Ideal candidates have excellent listening and communication skills, are able to provide a high level of customer service to all callers,and are critical thinkers.
