The man suffered superficial wounds, according to CCFR.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FCapitalCityFireRescue%2Fposts%2F1469868396549053&#038;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"237\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowTransparency=\"true\" allow=\"encrypted-media\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>CCFR assistant chief Chad Cameron said in a phone interview Saturday the call came in at 11:15 p.m. The caller said he was sleeping in his residence in Switzer Village, when he was bitten by a bear, Cameron said.<\/p>\n<p>The man declined to be taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital by first responders, Cameron said, but he was taken there by a family member for evaluation and treatment.
