The City and Borough of Juneau shared step-by-step instructions<\/a> for signing up to receive a COVID-19 vaccine in the city’s upcoming vaccination clinic.<\/p>\n

Sign-ups for the clinic open at noon Monday, according to CBJ. People 65 and older and health care workers are eligible to receive vaccinations at the clinic scheduled for Feb.11-12 at Centennial Hall. People are encouraged to sign up online at http:\/\/www.juneau.org\/vaccine. <\/a> Once at that site on Monday, people will have the ability to select “Make an appointment,” which will begin the process of making an appointment.<\/p>\n

Vaccine recipients must also be available for a second dose of vaccine 21 days later, according to the city.<\/p>\n

The city previously announced about 100 call-in spots will be set aside for people unable to sign up online. People can call 586-6000 starting at noon Monday to make an appointment.<\/p>\n

For people signing up online, the city recommends using a desktop or laptop computer or a tablet. Firefox, Safari and Chrome are recommended browsers, according to CBJ. The city advises against using Microsoft Edge.<\/p>\n
