Assault<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 8:23 p.m. on Tuesday, 58-year-old Robert William Rinehart was arrested for fear assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, violating conditions of release, and an outstanding Alaska State Troopers warrant on the 200 block of Franklin Street and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n

At 9:10 a.m. on Wednesday, a 36-year-old woman was arrested for assault and taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n

At 7:26 p.m. on Wednesday, Juneau Police Department responded to a report of an assault on the 3400 block of Foster Avenue.<\/p>\n

Child abuse<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 3:37 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD investigated a report of child abuse.<\/p>\n

Conditions violation<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 12:55 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD documented a domestic violence protective order and conditions of release violation.<\/p>\n

Death<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 9:52 a.m. on Wednesday, JPD investigated the death of a 68-year-old man on the 400 block of Eighth Street. The death isn’t considered suspicious and next of kin have been notified.<\/p>\n

Disturbance<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 7:24 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD documented a disturbance on the 5800 block of Glacier Highway.<\/p>\n

Domestic dispute<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 4:01 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD documented a domestic dispute.<\/p>\n

At 6:58 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD documented a domestic dispute.<\/p>\n

Driving while intoxicated<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 11:34 p.m. on Wednesday, 66-year-old Michael Christopher Dunlap was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a breath alcohol level of .187 on the 900 block of Third Street and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n

Fraud<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 10:14 a.m. on Wednesday, JPD investigated a report of fraudulent bank activity.<\/p>\n

Motor vehicle crash<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 7:33 p.m. on Wednesday, one person was transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital for injuries and one was cited for not exercising due care to avoid collision following a two-vehicle collision between a 21-year-old woman and a 28-year-old woman on the 1700 block of Crest Street.<\/p>\n

Sex crime<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 4:07 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD investigated the possible sexual abuse of a minor.<\/p>\n

Shoplifting<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 2:34 p.m. on Wednesday, a 26-year-old woman reported a woman stole from a business on the 100 block of Franklin Street.<\/p>\n

Traffic stop<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 11:10 a.m. on Wednesday, 33-year-old Carol Ann Johnson was cited and released for driving without a valid license on the 3900 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. The vehicle she was driving was impounded.<\/p>\n

Trespassing<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 6:02 p.m. on Tuesday, 35-year-old Jamie Lee Thompson was arrested for two counts of assault and one count of criminal mischief on the 1900 block of Allen Court and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n

Vandalism<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 9:37 p.m. on Tuesday, 38-year-old Matthew Alexander Charles was arrested for criminal mischief on the 100 block of Franklin Street and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n

Vehicle theft<\/strong><\/p>\n
