The death is not considered suspicious and the next of kin has been notified.<\/p>\n<p>Disturbance<\/p>\n<p>At 3:43 a.m. on Monday, JPD documented a disturbance in the 3400 block of Foster Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>Theft<\/p>\n<p>At 2:07 p.m. on Sunday, a 56-year-old man reported two bicycles stolen in the 100 block of Front Street.
