Jesus, 22, were each indicted on one count of third-degree arson, a felony, for allegedly setting a vehicle on fire in a parking lot on Aug. 5, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle was reported ablaze in the early hours of Aug, 5, a Wednesday morning, said Capital City Fire\/Rescue in a social media post., at the time. No one was hurt in the early-morning fire, but it was immediately regarded as suspicious. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.juneauempire.com\/news\/ccfr-jpd-investigating-car-set-ablaze-wednesday-morning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><ins>[CCFR, JPD investigating car set ablaze]<\/ins><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The vehicle was completely destroyed, said fire marshal Dan Jager in a phone interview at the time of the incident.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Daniel Schally will preside over the case.
