This report contains public information available to the Empire from law enforcement and public safety agencies.<\/em><\/p>\n Assault<\/p>\n At 5:48 p.m. on Friday, a 56-year-old man reported he was assaulted in the 200 block of Marine Way.<\/p>\n Driving while intoxicated<\/p>\n At 2:56 p.m. on Friday, 45-year-old Dawn Brundege Millen was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 9800 block of Glacier Highway with a breath-alcohol content of .184%. Millen was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n At 5:59 p.m. on Thursday, 37-year-old Travis Hotch was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 100 block of Egan Drive. The vehicle he was driving as impounded, and he was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n Traffic hazard<\/p>\n At 5:03 p.m. on Friday, a 1999 Subaru Legacy in the 9000 block of Atlin Drive was impounded because it was unattended and a traffic hazard.<\/p>\n Shoplift<\/p>\n At 8:09 p.m. on Friday 37-year-old Shamar Lynn Ferguson was arrested for larceny and trespassing in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. Ferguson was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n Trespassing<\/p>\n At 7:01 a.m. on Friday, 59-year-old John Debus was cited and released for Criminal Trespass in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive. <\/p>\n Vandalism<\/p>\n At 1 a.m. on Saturday, a 58-year-old man reported a broken window in the 100 block of Fourth Street.
