{"id":71150,"date":"2021-05-27T02:30:00","date_gmt":"2021-05-27T10:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.juneauempire.com\/news\/police-calls-for-thursday-may-27-2021\/"},"modified":"2021-05-27T02:30:00","modified_gmt":"2021-05-27T10:30:00","slug":"police-calls-for-thursday-may-27-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.juneauempire.com\/news\/police-calls-for-thursday-may-27-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Police calls for Thursday, May 27, 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>This report contains public information available to the Empire from law enforcement and public safety agencies.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Assault<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 1:01 p.m. on Monday, a 40-year-old woman was arrested for domestic violence-assault and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p>At 2:17 a.m. on Tuesday, Juneau Police Department documented an assault in the 2200 block of Trout Street.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Burglary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 5:26 p.m. on Monday, a 60-year-old man reported a subject gained entry to a local church in the 3900 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions violation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 12:06 p.m. on Monday, 38-year-old Vanesa Marie Anderson was arrested for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.<\/p>\n<p>At 2:18 p.m. on Monday, a 43-year-old man reported a 32-year-old woman violated conditions of a protective order by making contact.<\/p>\n<p>At 1:22 p.m. on Monday, a 40-year-old woman reported a 41-year-old woman violated a protective order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Death<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 4:06 p.m. on Monday, JPD investigated the death of a 33-year-old woman in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway.
