Simultaneously, 22-year-old Dillon Wayne Smith was arrested for assault and misconduct involving a controlled substance. Both were taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>At 11:07 a.m. on Monday, a 19-year-old man reported an assault and vandalism in the 9100 block of Wolfram Way.<\/p>\n<p>Burglary<\/p>\n<p>At 5:11 p.m. on Sunday, a 67-year-old man reported items stolen from his hotel room in the 9200 block of Glacier Highway.<\/p>\n<p>Conditions violation<\/p>\n<p>At 8:18 a.m. on Monday, 58-year-old Janet Lynn Pickering was cited and released for violating conditions of release on the 1900 block of Allen Court.<\/p>\n<p>Driving while intoxicated<\/p>\n<p>At 2:25 a.m. on Monday, 21-year-old Marco Antonio Reina was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.
