The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>At 1:19 a.m. on Monday, 19-year-old Dominick Julian McDonald-Cox was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a breath-alcohol content of .128 and for violating conditions of release in the 10300 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. <\/p>\n<p>Fight<\/p>\n<p>At 6:29 p.m. on Sunday, JPD responded to a fight downtown in the 200 block of Franklin Street. One of the individuals contact, 52-year-old Richard Scott Carle, had an Alaska State Troopers warrant and was arrested and taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p>Motor vehicle crash<\/p>\n<p>At 8 a.m. on Monday, a 41-year-old man reported he struck a car with his vehicle on the 38000 block of Glacier Highway on June 19.<\/p>\n<p>Theft<\/p>\n<p>At 9:10 a.m. on Monday, a 50-year-old woman reported a 45-year-old man stole a rental vehicle by not returning it.
