Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>Assist<\/p>\n<p>At 9:47 p.m. on Tuesday, Juneau Police Department assisted Capital City Fire\/Rescue with a fire investigation in the 6100 block of Montana Creek Road.<\/p>\n<p>Conditions violation<\/p>\n<p>At 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday, a 46-year-old woman reported a 60-year-old man violated conditions of release.
