The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>At 11:11 p.m. on Sunday, 26-year-old Michael Anges Leblanc-Tweedy was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a breath alcohol content of .15, criminal mischief and resisting arrest on Marine Way and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.
