Stewart, 50, was arrested on charges of felony third-degree assault and violating conditions of release around 8:30 p.m., said Lt. Krag Campbell.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;He believed someone was stealing from him, so he got a bat from the sporting goods section and was yelling and swinging it around,&rdquo; Campbell said in a phone interview.<\/p>\n<p>While nobody was injured, Campbell said, the suspect was swinging the bat uncomfortably close to employees.<\/p>\n<p>Stewart was arrested without incident when officers arrived, and was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. He was arraigned Wednesday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8226; Contact reporter Michael S.
