Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>At 8:50 p.m. on Monday, 35-year-old Gideon Troy Merchant was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 800 block of 12th Street and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Fraud<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 1:53 p.m. on Monday, JPD received a report of fraud.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motor vehicle crash<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 7:02 p.m. on Monday, a 35-year-old woman was cited for failure to yield after striking a bicyclist in the 9200 block of Glacier Highway.
