White, 29, has been out of contact for several weeks, according to family members who reported him missing on Oct. 31, said Lt. Krag Campbell in a news release.<\/p>\n<p>White is an Alaska Native man, 5 feet 11 inches tall, of medium build and has black hair. According to police, White has been out of contact with family members for three weeks. Friends of White&rsquo;s reported seeing him approximately two weeks ago and said he was possibly spotted downtown in the last week, Campbell said.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information on White&rsquo;s possible location is asked to contact JPD on their business line at (907)586-0600 or to anonymously submit a tip at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.Juneaucrimeline.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.Juneaucrimeline.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8226; Contact reporter Michael S.
