Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Child abuse\/neglect<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 11:56 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD investigated a report of child abuse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving while intoxicated<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 5:36 p.m. on Monday, 62-year-old Leland Bradley Hulbert was arrested for driving under the influence with a breath alcohol content of .153 in the 8400 block of Airport Boulevard and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>At 9:10 p.m. on Monday, 20-year-old Ericka June Nebert was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Ladd Street and taken to LCCC. The vehicle she was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motor vehicle crash<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 12:36 p.m. on Monday, JPD responded to a three-vehicle collision involving a 24-year-old man, a 59-year-old man and a 75-year-old man on Commercial Boulevard.
