Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>Sex crime<\/p>\n<p>At 8:42 a.m on Monday, JPD investigated a report of sexual abuse of a minor.<\/p>\n<p>Theft<\/p>\n<p>At 12:54 p.m on Sunday, a 44-year-old man reported the theft of a 1989 Ford pickup.
