Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>At 11:49 p.m. on Thursday, 60-year-old Thomas Melvin Bell was arrested for violating conditions of release in the 8700 block of Teal Street and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>At 6:52 p.m. on Saturday, a 32-year-old woman reported a 44-year-old man violated conditions of release.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disturbance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 11:28 p.m. on Friday, JPD documented a masking issue at Juneau International Airport.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving while intoxicated<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 7:27 p.m. on Thursday, 42-year-old John Lawrence David was cited and released for driving while intoxicated in the 3300 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>At 8:10 p.m. on Thursday, 55-year-old Gary Piper was arrested for driving while intoxicated on the 1900 block of Allen Court and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor. The vehicle he was driving was arrested.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motor vehicle crash<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 1:50 a.m. on Friday, a vehicle struck a snowbank and catapulted into the green belt in the 9200 block of Glacier Highway.<\/p>\n<p>At 2:23 p.m. on Friday, a vehicle rolled over on the 8100 block of Egan Drive. No injuries were reported.<\/p>\n<p>At 3:06 p.m. on Friday, JPD documented a vehicle accident in the 3200 block of Egan Drive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 6:40 p.m. on Saturday, a 25-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence- criminal mischief and larceny and taken to LCCC.
