Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>Conditions violation<\/p>\n<p>At 9:01 p.m. on Wednesday, 40-year-old Erica Dawn Haywood was arrested for reckless endangerment and violating conditions of release in the 700 block of 10th Street.<\/p>\n<p>Domestic dispute<\/p>\n<p>At 9:37 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD responded to an altercation involving a man and a woman.
