Assault<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 11:04 a.m. on Sunday, a 34-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release in the 1800 block of Douglas Highway. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n

At 9:29 p.m. on Thursday a 40-year-old woman was assaulted by a 49-year-old man.<\/p>\n

Burglary<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 6:43 a.m. on Sunday police received a report ofa burglary in the 4400 block of Eyelet Court.<\/p>\n

Child abuse\/ neglect<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 2:36 p.m. on Saturday, police received a report of child abuse\/neglect in the Juneau area.<\/p>\n

Drug activity<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 6:27 p.m. on Thursday, police conducted a confidential investigation into a report of drug activity in the Juneau area.<\/p>\n

Failure to appear<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 7:48 p.m. on Friday, 26-year-old Davlyn Larae Sarabia was picked up in the 9400 block of Glacier Highway on eight Juneau Police Department warrants for failure to appear in court for charges including larceny, criminal trespass and violating conditions of release. Sarabia was also picked up on two Alaska State Troopers warrants for failure to appear in court for charges including second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and violating conditions of release. Sarabia was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n

Lost property<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 5:17 a.m. on Saturday, a 47-year-old man reported a missing black Adidas backpack.<\/p>\n

Motor vehicle crash<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 2:26 a.m. on Sunday, police responded to the report of a single-vehicle crash in the 1900 block of Douglas Highway.<\/p>\n

At 11 a.m. on Friday police responded to a crash involving a pickup truck driven by a 27-year-old man and a car driven by a 33-year-old woman in the 1600 block of Davis Avenue. Police did not indicate that charges were filed in connection to the crash.<\/p>\n

Sexual assault<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 5:40 a.m. on Sunday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into a report of sexual assault.<\/p>\n

Shoplift<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 1:58 p.m. on Saturday, police responded to a report of a shoplifting in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.<\/p>\n

Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 5:17 p.m. on Saturday, a 44-year-old woman reported the theft of a phone in the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue. The phone was recovered and returned. An investigation continues.<\/p>\n

At 11:25 p.m. police responded to a report of shoplifting at a business in the 5200 block of Commercial Boulevard.<\/p>\n

Tobacco\/ smoking violation<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 12:04 p.m. on Thursday, police documented a tobacco violation in the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue.<\/p>\n

Trespassing<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 4:10 p.m. on Saturday, 46-year-old John Nathan Katzeek Sr. was cited and released for criminal trespassing in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n

At 9:19 a.m. on Friday, a 26-year-old woman reported a 22-year-old man trespassed on her property.<\/p>\n

At 4:52 a.m. on Saturday, a 44-year-old man reported a man attempted to break into his apartment in the 2100 block of Lawson Creek Road.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
