Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>At 4:18 p.m. on Sunday, a 35-year-old man was arrested for assault and taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p>At 11:29 p.m. on Sunday, 35-year-old Jeffrey Charles Garrison was arrested for assault and disorderly conduct in the 800 block of 10th Street and taken to LCCC.
