Mann was taken to LCCC. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Violating conditions of release <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 8:44 p.m Monday, 37-year-old Jonathan William James was arrested for violating conditions of release in the 2200 block of Trout Street. James was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant arrest <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 12:01 p.m. Monday, 21-year-old Derrick Mitchell Vonda-Chase was arrested on Capital Avenue on an Alaska State Troopers warrant for violating conditions of release on original charges of first-degree robbery, third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and two counts of violating conditions of release. At the same time, Vonda-Chase was served an AST warrant for failure to appear on original charges of third-degree escape, fifth-degree criminal mischief and violating conditions of release. Vonda-Chase was taken to LCCC. <\/p>\n<p>At 2:43 p.m. Monday, 53-year-old Garvin Paul Martin was arrested in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway on an Alaska State Trooper warrant for first-degree vehicle theft. Martin was taken to LCCC. <\/p>\n<p>At 12:33 a.m. Tuesday, 47-year-old Theodosia Deann James was arrested in the 100 block of Franklin Street on four warrants.
