The vehicle they were in was impounded. All three were taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p>At 10:27 a.m. on Thursday, 41-year-old Hugo Acosta Vanegas was cited and released for driving without a valid license in the 2800 block of Postal Way.<\/p>\n<p>Trespassing<\/p>\n<p>At 11:34 a.m. on Thursday, 61-year-old Thomas M.
