{"id":86820,"date":"2022-06-06T22:30:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-07T06:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.juneauempire.com\/news\/police-seize-drugs-at-airport\/"},"modified":"2022-06-06T22:30:00","modified_gmt":"2022-06-07T06:30:00","slug":"police-seize-drugs-at-airport","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.juneauempire.com\/news\/police-seize-drugs-at-airport\/","title":{"rendered":"Police seize drugs at airport"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Members of an anti-drug task force arrested a woman alleged to have transported narcotics from Washington to Juneau on Saturday evening.<\/p>\n<p>Christee Lea Luisantonio, 48, was arrested Saturday evening as she arrived at Juneau International Airport, according to Juneau Police Department. <\/p>\n<p>Law enforcement personnel found 410 grams of counterfeit Oxycodone and 55 grams of methamphetamine in Luisantonio&rsquo;s possession, according to police. That carries a local street value of approximately $109,100. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.juneauempire.com\/news\/saturdays-are-for-the-trails-trail-mix-and-volunteers-work-on-lemon-creek-trail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><ins>[Trail Mix and volunteers work on Lemon Creek Trail]<\/ins><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Luisantonio was arrested and charged with felony second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. The maximum penalty for these charges is 30 years imprisonment, according to police. <\/p>\n<p>Members of the Southeast Alaska Cities Against Drugs task force developed the intelligence that allowed for the arrest, according to police. The task force is made up of local, state and federal law enforcement organizations operating in the region, according to the news release.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8226; Contact reporter Michael S.
